To participate is required:
- The business is operating
- To be able to maintain the business at least 6 months
- That the owner and/or company’s manager attend to a first interview with a Reempresa’s consultant and be willing to participate in Reempresa’s process.
- To present the requested documentation
To register as Reempresa’s user, is required a first introductory interview with a consultant.
You can apply filling out the following form where you can choose your attention point. Once the form be filled out and consultor will contact you to fix the first appointment
Alternatively, to apply to the service you can contact directly with the Attention Point of your interest and ask for a first appointment, also sending an e.mail to info@reempresa.org explaining your case and city and asking for a first contact.
Required documentation:
To the first interview you should provide the following documents:
a. Individual entrepreneurs:
- Identity card, ID
- Lease
- Customers-suppliers relationships from the last three financial years
- Nominal ration of workers of the last year
- Annual VAT settlement of the last three financial years
- Authorization from company partners to participate in Reempresa
- Accounting: Assets, liabilities, income and expenses
- Income Tax Return (Form 100) or Income Tax Settlement (Annual Model-190) (Fractional Direct Estimation Model-130) (installments Objective Estimation, Model 131-Modules) for the last three financial years.
- License of activity.
b. Corporations
- Identity card, ID
- Lease
- Customers-suppliers relationships from the last three financial years
- Nominal ration of workers of the last year
- Annual VAT settlement of the last three financial years
- Authorization from company partners to participate in Reempresa
- Copy of Tax Identification Number
- Tax authorities.
- Copy of commercial register.
- Balance sheet of the last three financial years
- Profit and Loss Account for the last three financial years.
- Tax (Model 200) for the last three financial years.
- Licensing of activities.
This documentation will allow the consultants to help you to define your transfer offer and to verify the information will be published on the web under a blind profile.
Advertisement publication:
After the first interview with the consultant and the approval of the transfer offer, we will publish the advertisement at Market Place under a blind profile to avoid the identification of the company and seller.
When an interested potential buyer appears, we will contact you to organize an introductory meeting between parts, and start the transmission process.
